As you know, I had several job changes in the last few years and almost felt like I was going backwards. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with the services of Hire Aspirations. I was surprised to see how you were able to adapt your system and style to meet my needs. Your initiative and persistence helped keep me focused during my campaign. And that is exactly what I needed.
One of the most important services you delivered during my campaign was your regular encouragement and support. I had worked with the “free” career councilors provided by my previous employer before engaging you. It’s hard to believe that it has been over 2 years since I had the pleasure of meeting you. Moving back to CT after over 20 years away was not the ideal situation, but having the fortune to work with you made the transition that much easier. Your ability to keep me focused on my career goals and aspirations dramatically helped me to stay the course and attain my goals.
There are many firms out there that claim to offer assistance to develop and execute your career strategy, but most if not all put their self-interests well above the clients, and quickly forget what they had promised to do in the first place. Fortunately, that is not true with you and your team at Hire Aspirations. The true sense of caring and concern for helping me attain my goals was evident from the day I met with you to the present time. Your well developed plan to market and showcase my value helped highlight my strengths and ensure my success. I especially appreciated your abilities to help me develop and nurture my personal network which was invaluable in identifying new opportunities for me to pursue.
