Elizabeth has over thirty years of experience as a marketing practitioner, a consultant, and as an executive educator, the combination of which brings great value to clients of
nearly every industry. She brings credible, real-life experience to the challenge of inspiring the kind of change that contributes directly to individual success and bottom-line objectives. She has a way of taking very complex concepts and translating them into easy-to-understand, practical ideas and action steps. Her inspirational style positively affects changes in the way her clients think and act about their business issues.
Prior to joining Hire Aspirations, Elizabeth served as Global Account Manager/Senior Consultant at StratX, a leading global consulting and management development firm that specializes in executive marketing skills development and profitable, customer-focused growth strategies. She was responsible for the co-development and delivery of an extensive series of marketing excellence courses for Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals, as well as for biotech and financial services firms.
Previously, she ran her own consultancy, specializing in customer-focused strategy and financial services consulting. She also served as senior consultant to customer relationship management thought leaders, Don Peppers and Martha Rogers for nearly ten years. She contributed to the thought leadership of the organization, including methodology and content development, publications, and speaking engagements. |

Clients included Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bayer, BEA Systems, Bentley Software, Boise Cascade, Ford Motor Company, Hewlett Packard, Houghton Mifflin, Lowe's Home Improvement, Meredith Publishing, Oracle, Sears, Siemens, and Wolters Kluwer.
With her strong background in financial services, she provided innovative programs for such clients as American Express, Bank Marketing Association, Fidelity Investments, Lafferty Group, Marquette Financial Companies, Robert James Financial Services, and US Bank. She also consulted for the Lafferty Group (UK), where she analyzed and reported on global consumer finance trends and participated in trade conferences.
Earlier on, she directed and managed the South African Krugerrand Gold Marketing operation in the US and Germany. She was also Director of Marketing at the Private Bank, Bank of Boston, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at the Bank of New England and Director of International Advertising at Diners Club International. And she worked at the Direct Marketing Group, New York, serving some of the top financial services companies in the world.
Elizabeth has an MS in Education and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and attended the London School of Economics.
