Jack M. Wiblyi

Jack brings over twenty-five years of Human Resources experience to his role at Hire Aspirations. An accomplished senior human resources professional, Jack has expertise in all generalist HR functions in diverse industries, including union and non-union environments. As a results-oriented, decisive leader, he has a track record of proven success in designing and executing value-added HR initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and improve employee productivity while streamlining costs. Working closely with both management and staff, Jack has established himself as an innovative leader and counsel in partnering with management to achieve business objectives.

Jack has extensive recruiting experience for two global companies, McDonald's Corporation and Bridgestone-Firestone. He has traveled internationally to attract a diverse workforce and has a complete knowledge to successfully fulfill staffing needs. Recently, Jack has advised numerous companies from a variety of industries on the subject of talent management. He has significant experience in planning talent resources and recruiting, as well as, developing and retaining talent at all levels. He has provided consulting services on a wide range of strategic organizational initiatives, including restructuring and culture change.

Jack has earned a MBA with a concentration in human resources from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. In addition, Jack holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He has taught SHRM courses to countless professionals studying for their PHR or SPHR certification. Jack has functioned as adjunct professor for courses on business, human resources and sociology at several local colleges.

Jack has developed training programs with particular emphasis to a multicultural workforce, as well as initiated internal communications and employee relation programs. Throughout his experience, he has worked with many individuals to successfully define and implement an individualized professional development plan.
