Michael O'Keefe is Director of Client Services for Hire Aspirations - Boston. He is a passionate advocate of his clients, their needs and their goals. He has over 15 years of business experience including regional sales representative for major lighting manufactures, product management for industry leading lighting controls and engineered structures manufacturers as well as managing the insurance and finance division of donor relations for a major not for profit organization in Hartford, Ct.
Michael is utilizing his relationship building and analytical skills to help others learn about the Hire Aspirations model and encouraging the discovery of finding the intersection of what you love and what you're great at doing. |

Additionally Michael has volunteered his time and energy as a site coordinator for the Hartford asset building collaborative VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program, serving Hartford's low income community.
Michael attained a BS in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1992.
Throughout his career, Mr. O'Keefe has demonstrated a passion and talent for identifying and correcting areas for improvement, not only in products and processes but also in relationships. He focuses on improving these three key components to provide the best possible solutions.
