Bruce A. Hall

Bruce Hall, an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations and human resources, is a seasoned professional, a director of enterprises, a builder of world class teams. Mr. Hall utilizes a skill set that is anchored with a strong customer satisfaction focus, combined with exceptional organizational agility, and supported by outstanding communication abilities.

Mr. Hall’s distinguished and rewarding career in telecommunications put him in key roles with NYNEX and Bell Atlantic. As Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NYNEX, Bruce directed the sales and customer support organization selling voice products and services to Fortune 500 accounts throughout the $250 million northeast regional market. He directed over 400 employees, administered an $80 million annual operations budget and developed new business channels. By focusing on customer satisfaction during his tenure, Bruce increased sales by $60 million and generated a profit contribution of 28%.

Bruce was then called on to show his passion for exceeding customer expectations, and became the Director of Operations for NYNEX in Queens, NY. Directing the talent
investment of 1100 union employees associated with a $60 million annual budget, Mr. Hall delivered dramatic turn-around results in customer service through training and skill development. At the time Bruce assumed this role, the Public Service Commission referenced and highlighted the Queens area as the model for exceeding customer service. Mr. Hall was ranked as a top Director for customer service, delivered while controlling expenses, reducing out of service reports, and increasing sales by $200 million.
